1. What if I forget my password?

Click on the Forget the password? link, and the password will be sent to your E-mail account. Please note: The E-mail address should be the same as the one you used for payment.

2. What is my username?

Username is the E-mail address on Paypal.com(or 2checkout) through which you paid for the products.

3. Why do I get the message: "Error: cannot find the E-mail address in our system."?

This message may have 3 causes

A) The email address is wrong. Please use the Email address which you used for payment.

B) This system only has data since August, 2008. If you purchased the product earlier than that time, please contact us with your receipt.

C)This system only has records of people who paid with online shopping carts. If you paid by fax, or by sending money directly to us, please contact us with your receipt.
